When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Heatherton Country Sports Park Ltd and yourself.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations or for tickets that have passed the agreed redemption date, which is set out within the terms and conditions.

Online Booking

Once purchased, on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.

Please take note that passes to the park have to be purchased online, due to COVID-19 guidelines.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.

A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased online at one given time.

We ask that if you are coming as a group of 8+people and it is during the Winter, could you please ring ahead to check activity availability. 01646 652000

Redeeming your tickets

Your online purchases can only be redeemed on the day that you have selected online. 

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.

Individual passes are day passes only.

The Family Group shared passes are valid for a further 6 months from the date that you redeem them.
